At Make Directory Developers, we take ownership of the software, integrations, automations, and cloud systems an established business depends on - without that business having to hire and manage an internal technical team. Since 2017, we’ve helped operators turn unclear, half-owned technology into systems they understand and trust. Today that means practical websites, custom apps, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and long-term support for businesses that need a steady technical partner.

people behind the work
I came to this work from both sides of it - a Business Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and years of setting up servers, writing code, and building websites because I wanted to understand how the whole thing fit together. That combination is most of what I do here: I am the person who learns your environment end to end, tells you plainly what is at risk, and then does the work. Most of the companies we partner with depend on software every day but cannot justify hiring a full internal team to own it. That is the gap I built Make Directory to fill. Some say it must be the right place at the right time, some say its luck, but we say “let’s get to work!”
I am an ambitious person; well educated, abundantly curious, a baking enthusiast(!), and proud mother of two beautiful children. Admittedly, I prioritize my family and loved ones, and that includes anyone who relies on my accountability and availability… Clients are essentially personal relationships, and I thrive on providing those I care about with what they need. This is more than simply a task, but something I am deeply passionate about, and I look forward to assisting realizing your goals, and facilitating our clients’ success.
